We are looking for a new member to join our team:
Team Lead Software Development* (f/m/x)
asap // unlimited contract // 40h/week
Software Development:
- Development and optimization of measurement data visualization software and other tools for PCs and mobile devices
- Application programming with Visual Studio in C# (.NET) and WPF (XAML) as well as Xamarin.Forms and MAUI
- Creation of documentation
- Localization/internationalization of software
- Maintenance, optimization, and servicing of existing software components
- Implementing quality assurance measures such as code reviews, unit tests, and the application of design patterns
- Proactive participation in Scrum meetings
Software team leadership:
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the software team according to leadership agreement & Demant Leadership Compass
- Technical coaching
- Point of contact for department management and other teams
- Representing the interests of the team within the organization
- Conducting and recording employee appraisals
- In cooperation with department management: Setting and reviewing targets for the team, Planning and delegating tasks outside the regular Scrum processes
- Completed studies in (business) computer science or engineering, with additional qualifications in software development
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of the programming language C# (.NET), ideally with experience in C++
- Strong awareness of efficient architectures, clean coding, and continuous refactoring
- Experience working with tools such as: Version control (SVN, TFS, Azure DevOps), ALM systems (SpiraTeam, TFS, Azure DevOps), Development environments (Visual Studio), Installation programs (InstallShield, WiX), Translation tools (Passolo)
- Practical experience working with Scrum or other agile methodologies
- Confident English skills in both spoken and written form, especially with technical terminology
- Clear and efficient communication skills
- Basic audiological knowledge is a plus
- Strong quality awareness
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Quick comprehension and a self-directed, meticulous working style
