Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and continuously enhance data-driven CRM campaigns in collaboration with IT and country teams.
- Build and manage automated and adhoc campaigns across channels such as email, app push, and more.
- Act as an Innovation driver for other markets by introducing new campaigns in our markets
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating insights into actionable optimization strategies focused on segmentation and personalization.
- Leverage and maintain data across multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and supporting the evolution of technical infrastructures.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and refine communication strategies based on results.
- Create, update and disseminate documentation of results, workflows, processes and best practices across Metro countries.
- Advocate for a data-driven culture by promoting performance-based optimization.
- Foster a CRM community across countries, driving collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years' experience in CRM or email marketing.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo); experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer is a plus.
- Basic HTML skills for template creation are an advantage.
- Strong communicator with a passion for networking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience planning multi-market or country-level communication journeys.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
