The CX Measurement & Insights Team plays a key role in leading this transformation, ensuring that customer feedback becomes actionable insight and that our organization continues to deliver best-in-class experiences.
As part of the new CX Engine initiative, Mercedes-Benz is enhancing its customer experience measurement and analysis capabilities. The CX Engine is a software-based platform that consolidates and analyzes experience and operational data from all customer touchpoints — digital and physical — to identify opportunities for improvement across the journey.
You will master these tasks:
Support the technical requirements steering and system configurations on the Qualtrics-based CX Engine platform
Prepare, conduct, and follow up on committee meetings, workshops, and global stakeholder calls
Contribute to the rollout and optimization of the Outer-Loop Management system for customer feedback
Analyze experience data and assist in refining text analytics and reporting solutions
Support system rollouts in new markets and assist in integrating additional features and capabilities
The activity can begin from January 2026
Studies in the field of Analytics and Data Science, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Economics, or Data-Driven Marketing
Experience with analytics or BI tools
Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and basic data pipelines
Understanding of the customer journey and marketing touchpoints preferred
Structured, data-driven, and proactive approach to work
