Are you ready to shape the strategic and operational direction of human resources in a dynamic, multi-site environment? Based at our Vreden location — and supporting across Wischhafen, Lotte, Sinsheim, and Heinsberg — we're seeking a Head of HR to drive harmonization, enhance service delivery, and champion a customer-oriented HR culture for approx. 500 employees. This is your opportunity to support the development of HR professionals, collaborate with fellow HR leaders, and to make a positive impact on the employee experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Designing operational and strategic HR work and policy; acting as the point of contact for management and executives & participating in steering and implementing the future the strategy for the entity.
 - Leading, motivating and developing the HR team (8 people).
 - Ensuring successful management of governance and compliance, payroll and labour law.
 - Working in close collaboration with the works council.
 - Providing comprehensive support for employees including ongoing development, workforce planning and succession planning.
 - Collaborating on group-wide HR projects and ensuring constructive cooperation with local and regional teams.
 
- You will bring significant professional experience as an HR Leader, coupled with a related degree (or equivalent) in business administration, human resources, labour law or similar.
 - Extensive skills are required in working with German works councils, with a comprehensive knowledge of labour and social law, and collective bargaining agreements.
 - Your motivational leadership style, hands-on mentality, and strong collaboration skills will be key drivers for success in the role.
 - Fluent German and English is essential.
