Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP WM/EWM solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Define and refine product features in collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams under strategic guidance of the product owner
  • Facilitate communication between involved stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with business requirements
  • Customize SAP WM/EWM modules to meet business needs, including inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, and warehouse structure
  • Integrate SAP WMS with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems
  • Promote continuous improvement by gathering feedback and suggesting enhancements
  • Provide training and support to end-users and ensure system documentation is up to date
  • Coordinate with external partners and support resource planning for operational activities
  • Coordinate and support incident management activities, including resolution tracking and communication with users
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in daily operations


Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in SAP WM and/or EWM implementation and support, Outlook to related SAP areas (MM, PP…) is an advantage
  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound logistics, stock management, storage bin strategies, warehouse task optimization, HU management and integration with SAP
  • Proficient in business process mapping, configuration, and user training
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to warehouse operations
  • Exposure to RF framework
  • SAP certification in WM or EWM as well as experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Fluent English is a must have, German is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • SAP certification in WM or EWM is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
  • Ability for project-related and global travel
  • Experience/Good understanding in Agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • Customer-oriented behavior
  • Team player with intercultural mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated, positive “can-do” attitude, self-directed and assertive
