“Your business is our business.” If our Business Management and Operations Team had a slogan, that's what it would be. The fact is, though, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants' work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member contributes directly to our consultants' success – and thus to that of our clients.

As a member of our Reception Team, you'll play an essential role in shaping our office community and ensuring smooth internal communication. You will be the first point of contact for our consultants and internal service departments, as well as for occasional guests and clients visiting the Cologne office.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily reception tasks such as handling phone calls, organizing mail and deliveries, and coordinating courier and taxi services. You'll oversee the office's conference rooms, including scheduling reservations and arranging catering and technical support.

In addition, you will actively contribute to the design and maintenance of our internal office community. This includes supporting internal communication channels such as the office newsletter and Infoscreen, helping to foster engagement and collaboration within the team. You'll also assist with organizing and executing office events, play an active and dynamic role in our upcoming office relocation, and support the shaping of our future Office Operations Team, while taking on special tasks as needed.
