  • Supporting annual planning and interim forecasts for the edding Collaboration@Work (COWO) business unit in close coordination with the division management.
  • Analysis and evaluation of business development, including deriving targeted recommendations for action to optimize results as part of performance reviews.
  • Support in the creation of business cases and their critical evaluation to ensure data-based decision-making.
  • Preparation of profitability analyses and scenarios to evaluate and derive measures to increase efficiency.
  • Conducting ad hoc analyses and special projects to support the business unit's strategic decisions.
  • Proactive development of business controlling with regard to new topics, methods, and tools.


  • Successfully completed degree in economics
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as a business partner in controlling at an international company, ideally with a focus on sales or marketing controlling
  • Confident use of MS Office and Teams; experience with Lucanet, Jedox, SAP, and Power BI is desirable
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and strong business acumen
  • Team orientation as well as an independent and structured working style
