“Your business is our business.” If our Business Management and Operations Team had a slogan, that's what it would be. The fact is, though, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants' work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member contributes directly to our consultants' success—and thus to that of our clients.
As a proactive and service-minded Internal Services Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our Office Operations Team and report directly to the Client Experience & Event Manager. In this role, you'll help ensure that our Berlin office runs smoothly and provides an outstanding experience for both employees and guests.
You'll independently manage event requests, coordinate with the internal catering team, and support the planning and execution of event concepts. With your structured and hands-on approach, you'll oversee the setup and follow-up of meeting rooms and the event area, ensuring that all spaces are ready to host professional and inspiring gatherings.
Beyond events, you'll play a key role in the daily management of our office environment. You'll carry out regular office walkthroughs, making sure that all areas—from desks to meeting rooms—are well-presented, functional, and aligned with our standards. This includes checking and adjusting desk setups, lighting, and furniture placement, as well as identifying and coordinating minor repairs or improvements when needed.
You'll also collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to maintain a seamless office experience, ensuring that everything—from consumables to equipment—is available and in top condition. With your attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and passion for creating a welcoming and efficient workspace, you'll help make the Berlin office a place where people truly enjoy working.
