To strengthen our Regional Management team Western, Northern Europe located in Wolfenbüttel, we are looking for a temporary support for 1 year as
Working Student Region Western & Northern Europe (f/m/d)
for 20 hours/week
- Correspondence with foreign distribution partners
- Planning, organization and implementation of partner and customer visits in Germany
- Preparation and follow-up of budget and partner meetings
- Coordination tasks as an interface between foreign partners and internal departments
- Cross check & approve partners marketing invoices
- Participate in or lead special projects (e.g. packaging projects)
- Validate, check and process monthly travel and entertainment expenses
- Currently enrolled student in a bachelor's or master's degree program
- Well organized and structured working manner with good communication skills
- Flexible and like to work in an agile working environment
- Affinity towards mobility
- Proficient English & German language skills (written & verbally)
- Sound MS Office experience, SAP experience preferable
