- Drive risk monitoring and reporting across HDI International AG insurance subsidiaries
- Analyse internal risk model outputs to generate actionable insights for senior management
- Automate reporting workflows using R, SQL, and cloud-based solutions
- Develop and enhance internal risk models using data science techniques
- Contribute to strategic projects such as M&A due diligence, individual risk assessments, and quantitative case studies
- Collaborate in a dynamic, international team that values innovation and impact
- Degree in Mathematics, Business, or a related field with a quantitative / data science focus
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to break down complexity
- Experience or strong interest in insurance, risk management, or financial modelling
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn and grow
- Excited to work in a global environment
- Fluent written and spoken English and additionally knowledge of German or another language, especially Polish or Italian, would be an advantage
