  • Planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job)
  • Managing learning projects within scope, time, budget and ind alignment with business priorities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, vendors and consultants
  • Developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensuring consistent learning communication and documentation
  • Share best practices and success stories across regions and functions

  • University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
  • Proven experience in instructional design
  • Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German
  • Enjoys to work in a structured and independent manner
