- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning projects (digital, classroom, blended or on-the-job)
- Managing learning projects within scope, time, budget and ind alignment with business priorities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, vendors and consultants
- Developing and maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Ensuring consistent learning communication and documentation
- Share best practices and success stories across regions and functions
- University degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in Learning & Development
- Proven experience in instructional design
- Strong proficiency in learning methodologies and learning technologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native-level German
