With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world's leading liner shipping companies. In the Terminal & Infrastructure segment, Hapag-Lloyd has equity stakes in 21 terminals in Europe, Latin America, the United States, India and North Africa. Around 3,000 employees are assigned to the Terminal & Infrastructure segment and provide complementary logistics services at selected locations in addition to the terminal activities.

  • You will support our Controlling team with the reporting to our Board for both monthly/ quarterly result and planning/ budgeting
  • Your primary focus will be the management of data input files, the preparation of the PowerPoint-based material and support during the finalization
  • Together with our team, you will be joining in data analysis & processing in day-to-day business and support us in upcoming projects (e.g. introduction of a new controlling concept in the liner shipping segment, changes to the reporting structures in the Terminal & Infrastructure segment)

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured, analytical and reliable way of working
  • Very good communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • A certain temporal flexibility due to the strict deadlines of our reporting
  • You are currently completing a full-time course of study with a focus on controlling, economics, logistics, supply chain or another course of study with comparable qualifications
