Locations: Contern (Luxembourg), Duisburg, Hamburg (Germany), Wroclaw (Poland).
- Set the overall digital product vision and roadmap, aligning investments with corporate goals, customer needs, and emerging logistics technologies.
- Prioritize and manage the cross-domain product portfolio, balancing innovation, scalability, and lifecycle management from ideation to retirement.
- Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., DORA) for adoption, delivery velocity, and return on digital investments.
- Ensure timely, high-quality rollouts by promoting agile, DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement
- Represent the digital product organization, translate business needs into actionable initiatives, and resolve cross-product dependencies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee key supplier performance and contracts, supporting selection and procurement processes.
- Ensure adherence to GDP/GxP and relevant WHO/EU guidelines for pharma and healthcare activities.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, software delivery, or digital transformation, ideally within logistics or supply chain domains.
- Proven success in leading multiple product lines or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business functions.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset.
- Proven experience in effective management of software off shoring models
- Accountabilit for managing IT budgets > 10 Mio. € annually
