- Expand, develop, and maintain infrastructure and development pipelines for our Global Data Platform
- Increase automation in our cloud-based development and production environments
- Administer our cloud-native analytical database system Snowflake
- Analyze Snowflake features and integrate them into our analytical data ecosystem
- Advise and support Snowflake users (developers and data consumers)
- Continuously improve security, integration, and usability of deployed components and technologies in a 100% cloud-based, international environment
- Collaborate closely with developers and other DevSecOps and platform engineers in a Scrum team operating under HDI Global's agile SAFe framework
- Solid knowledge of public cloud technologies and AWS and/or Azure concepts
- Strong experience with relational database management systems, ideally Snowflake, and excellent SQL skills
- Confident handling of DevOps platforms like GitLab or Azure DevOps
- Good scripting skills (e.g., Python, Terraform, YAML)
- Practical experience implementing authentication, authorization, data security, and encryption requirements in the cloud
- High quality awareness
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. German is optional and a plus
