As a Global Safety Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role, ensuring the integrity and compliance of the pharmacovigilance system, supporting both internal and external safety operations, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. In your new role, you will act as a key coordinator for documentation, training, regulatory intelligence, and audits within the global safety framework.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF): Manage and maintain the PSMF, ensuring compliance and up-to-date documentation
  • QPPV Office & LPPV Network Support: Provide operational support, including training matrix reviews, regulatory intelligence, compliance reporting, and vendor oversight
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, partners, and vendors
  • Process & SOP Review: Review and help improve standard operating procedures, policy documents, and processes related to pharmacovigilance (PV)
  • PV Contract Support: Assist with contracts and agreements relevant to safety data exchange

Traveling for get together meetings and audits and inspections are to be expected for 4-5 times per year.

To succeed in this role, you'll likely bring:

  • Knowledge of domestic and international laws, regulations and policies governing pharmacovigilance
  • Natural sciences degree or background required
  • Preferably 3 years of pharmacovigilance or regulatory experience in pharmaceutical business
  • Some knowledge of PV system and processes
  • Excellent command of English with strong written and oral skills
