To act as Category Specialist for ICT categories (Software, Hardware, Outsourcing etc.) accountable for delivering on the categories' performance and savings targets in the international team of Nexi Group Procurement.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Develop and maintain most complex category strategies, ensuring implementation and adherence of each category execution plans in alignment with Businesses
  • Driving relevant sourcing projects, contributing with category specific knowledge, ensuring all projects are in alignment with the individual category strategies (baseline, scope, strategy & recommendation), and that rewarded contracts may be operationalized with clear KPI's and SLA's and defined governance
  • Implement contracts, maintain overview of contracts within your categories and follow-up on usage and savings realization
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Pro-actively manage key vendors, including vendor development, performance reviews and dispute settlement.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • High school diploma or higher professional qualification
  • Knowledge of purchasing methods and procedures
  • Experience in Procurement
  • Working knowledge of the rules governing the purchase of goods and services
