  • Define and further develop standards for HR Controlling & Planning at the EMEA level
  • Optimize data structures and data quality; analyze data and derive actionable recommendations
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports, salary benchmark reports, and collaborate with HR Generalists on job classification matters
  • Contribute to personnel cost reporting and forecasting
  • Support year-end closing activities
  • Take on conceptual and audit-relevant tasks within HR Controlling
  • Collaborate with international departments and colleagues across the EMEA region


  • You hold a degree or have completed commercial training, or possess a comparable qualification
  • You have experience with tools such as SAP HCM, SAP SF, and Power BI
  • You have already contributed to international projects and enjoy cross-border collaboration
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and impress with your analytical and solution-oriented mindset
  • You are highly organized and value both independent work and teamwork
  • Knowledge in Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
