Do you have the right mindset to strengthen our global market position in renewables and wind energy?

As Global Key Account Manager, you will be commercially responsible for sales activities and securing Aluwind as the preferred partner and supplier in the growing renewables industry. You will get a unique opportunity to work with some of the world's largest renewable producers and developers such as Vestas, Siemens-Gamesa, GE, Ørsted, Equinor etc.


With reference to the CCO you will drive and develop relations and sales to OEM's and sub-suppliers for the industry.

Your main focus will include:

  • Develop and strengthen relations with global key accounts
  • Proactively develop and propose Aluwind value propositions within manufacturing, sourcing, kitting, global logistics and product development
  • Actively participate in defining market strategies for the green-energy segments
  • Develop sales leads, prepare quotations independently or jointly with Sales Support and carry out negotiations
  • Update knowledge, share market developments and focus on possibilities to grow and expand the activities within the wind industry
  • Take control of e.g., claims and annual negotiations related to your business area

You will either be based in our HQ office in Odense, Denmark or work remotely from anywhere in Europe, and you will have several internal and external touchpoints. You can expect appr. 20-40 travel days per year outside of Denmark.


As the ideal candidate you have a strong commercial mindset from an international environment and preferably with previous experience in project or technical sales. Furthermore we expect that you have experience in cost calculations.

We furthermore expect that you have:

  • Technical interest and experience in reading technical specifications
  • Project management experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, preferably in SAP and MS Office tools

You probably hold a relevant technical/Mechanical degree at bachelor's level in combination with a business background. You are professionally proficient in English.

As a person you are proactive, result-oriented and have an innovative attitude. You have a positive mindset and build long term relations both with external stakeholders as well as with your colleagues.
