Your Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a central role in the delivery of international benchmarking and healthcare data consulting projects. You will lead workstreams, shape methodologies, and take ownership of client deliverables. In addition, you will actively support the development of high-impact proposals and pitch documents for prospective clients.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, particularly the Analysis, Data Science and Statista+ teams, to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions for our clients. The position offers a clear development path toward leadership responsibilities within Statista Healthcare.
Responsibilities

Lead and deliver workstreams within international healthcare benchmarking and transformation projects

Co-develop project methodologies, KPI frameworks, and scoring logic in close coordination with the Analysis and Data Science teams

Actively contribute to pitch preparation, proposal development, and acquisition processes

Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communication and manage selected client interfaces

Translate data insights into strategic recommendations and high-quality deliverables

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and product fit

Guide and mentor junior colleagues in content, structure, and client interaction
Your Profile

2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, healthcare strategy, or data-based project work with a strong focus on the healthcare sector

Proven expertise in KPI development, performance measurement, and benchmarking logic

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to develop frameworks and narratives

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including confidence in working with senior stakeholders

Experience supporting pitches, RFP responses, and business development activities

Willingness to travel internationally as required for client engagements

Self-driven, structured, and highly collaborative approach to problem-solving

Fluent in English; German is a plus
