IT Project Manager (m/f/d)
for Risk Management projects
This position is based in Frankfurt am Main at ProCredit Holding, the listed parent company of our banking group. The position is within the Group Risk Management function which consists of teams responsible for managing Credit Risk, Financial Risks and Operational Risk on the group level including risk controlling across the group and the individual banks. The IT Project Manager (m/f/d) position is responsible for supporting the Risk Management Teams in managing their IT Projects.
- Responsibility for implementing the group risk strategy by managing the IT projects in the risk management area
- Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing IT projects leading to more effective and efficient risk management
- Responsibility for successful implementation of IT projects, from the conception phase to go-live
- Analysis of process-owners' needs and defining business requirements for IT projects based on agreed objectives
- Close communication and coordination with risk management teams and other relevant teams, IT providers and subsidiary banks
- Regular follow-up of system developments and implementation progress, reporting about requested and developed solutions
- Supporting trainings/workshops related to risk management systems and IT projects.
- A university degree in a business-related discipline or university of applied sciences
- Several years of professional experience in IT project management, ideally in an agile environment, knowledge of common project management tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with banking systems and applications and experience in managing projects would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand and communicate complex relationships and topics
- Good organisational, communication and project management skills
- A willingness to learn and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- A strong command of written and spoken English
