- Managing construction works.

- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors' activities and settlements.
- Ensuring quality, timeliness, and safety of all works.
- Leading a project team and monitoring compliance with schedules.
- Coordinating suppliers and subcontractors.
- Building license for managing construction works in the structural/building specialty (no restrictions).
- University degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Willingness to implement projects in Poland and participate in occasional international assignments.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, proactive, disciplined, and responsible approach.
- Accuracy and goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to develop professionally and update skills.
- Good command of English
- Category B driving license.
