Reporting directly to the RIB Finance Director, this role sits at the heart of the company's financial pulse. It's about more than just numbers - it's about shaping how cash flows, risks are managed, and decisions are made across the group. From overseeing weekly cash reports and daily liquidity movements to safeguarding data integrity and monitoring financial exposures, this position blends precision with insights. It's a role for someone who thrives on hands-on clarity, connection/ stakeholder management, and continuous improvement - helping ensure that treasury operations not only run smoothly but evolve with purpose.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the short-term liquidity forecasting process in close collaboration with subsidiary finance teams.

Initiate cash centralise requests and facilitate the payment of funding to subsidiaries where needed.

Support the implementation of a centralisation framework necessary for efficient movement through the group and placement with Schneider via the cash-pooling agreements.

Manage intercompany loan arrangements, driven by cash centralisation, along with monthly interest calculation, reconciliation and reporting to subsidiaries.

Develop and implement a suitable dividends process across the group clearing down intercompany where possible.

Ultimately, support financial agility and strategic alignment across the group.
Essential requirements:

Proven experience in a corporate treasury environment, cash flow forecasting or similar financial control role.

Strong financial acumen and solid understanding of financial processes, with a keen interest in financial markets and events that may impact the business.

Proactive “self-starter” with a "can do" attitude and "hands on" mentality.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy in daily work.

Confident user of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical skills combined with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Able to interpret and clearly convey complex information, engage with stakeholders across all levels - including senior management - and drive change through collaboration.

Fluent English language skills.
