Interpreting Investor requirements in order to prepare cost estimates, offers, and budgets in the format required by the Investor.
Sending requests for quotations to suppliers, subcontractors, and other project-specific resources; monitoring the market and negotiating with bidders – analyzing offers based on competence and credibility.
Analyzing project documentation and verifying it from technological, optimization, and financial perspectives in consultation with designers and the site/construction manager.
Preparing cost estimates for works related to renewable energy sources and general construction works.
Preparing tender offers – based on terms of reference, scope of work, design documentation, and internal calculations, including quantity analysis of individual bill of quantities items.
Close cooperation with the Investor, execution teams, and design departments.
Ongoing collaboration with other departments within the company.
Higher technical education – preferred fields: Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering.
Knowledge of construction processes and applicable regulations in Germany.
Proficiency in English – minimum level: upper-intermediate (B2). Recruitment process will be conducted in English.
Fluent in German – minimum level: advanced/native (C1/C2).
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar position.
Ability to read and interpret technical/design documentation.
Flexibility in performing professional duties.
Category B driving license.
Willingness to work on business trips (mainly in Germany).
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, independence, willingness to expand knowledge (especially regarding foreign markets), reliability, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and stress resilience when working under deadlines.
Very good command of MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS Project) and CAD software.
Knowledge of material and service pricing in the renewable energy sector.
