Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager (m/f/d) to take our customer engagement and loyalty to the next level. In this key role, you will design and manage innovative CRM campaigns for our players, focusing on personalized communication, long-term relationships, and maximizing customer lifetime value.


  • Develop and implement targeted CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, onsite).
  • Manage automated customer journeys to ensure timely and relevant communication.
  • Analyze data and monitor key KPIs (e.g. retention, churn, conversion) to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Data, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to drive innovative and competitive CRM strategies.

  • Experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry / online sports betting industry
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms, segmentation methodologies, and marketing automation
  • Solid analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and campaign performance measurement
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Interest in sports and betting and strong understanding of the online sports betting industry
