IT Service Manager - IT Service Transition (m/f/d)
The IT Service Manager ensures that IT Services for the Bank run within the service levels agreed with business. As an IT Service Manager you will work closely with various areas in the IT team, such as Enterprise Architecture, Security and IT Compliance and will be responsible for selected services in the Netherlands and Germany. You will be aiming at increasing efficiency and improve operational performance, with no adverse impact for the Bank and fulfilment of regulatory requirements. The role carries out a broad range of IT processes and procedures in a multi supplier outsourcing model and requires a service oriented mind set.

- Change Management: Support creation and review of IT change and manage the full overview of upcoming activities across multiple environments
- Implementation Monitoring: Appropriately track and update implementation events to completion
- Release Management: Manage planned Releases, including environment overviews and tracking defect through route to live deployments.
- Delivery Planning: Co-ordination with IT Service Providers or internal support teams to ensure delivery timeline is adhered to.
- Risk Management: Assess potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Documentation Oversight: Maintain and update all relevant Transition documentation such as; Route to Live change records, Schedule of Events, Post Implementation Reviews
- Introduction of new Service: Support Introduction of new Services, or Business Driven change initiatives and ensuring IT Service Transition procedures are correctly defined and in place
- Third-Party Vendor Management: Oversee multi-supplier environments, ensuring contractual obligations are met and services are delivered efficiently, including SLAs, Risk & KPI Reporting
- Regulatory Compliance: Supporting adherence to industry regulations, including DORA & MARisk per the banks defined governance and compliance framewor
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable qualification, or at least three years of relevant professional experience
- Several years' experience in ITIL disciplines (Incident, Problem, Release and/or Change Management)
- ITIL certification (at least intermediate level)
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for banking IT (e.g. MA Risk, BAIT)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
