Sales Manager Europe & Middle East (m/f/d)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Europe & Middle East) to join our growing international sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across your region. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and program management teams to ensure customer needs are met from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing airline and OEM customers in Europe and the Middle East.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the region.
- Develop sales strategies and account plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time project execution.
- Provide market feedback, competitive analysis, and regional insights to management.
- Represent ZIM Aircraft Seating at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the aviation or aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of aircraft seating, cabin interiors, or related products is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, Arabic, or French) are an asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently, within the assigned region.
- Efficiency with MS Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
