We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as

(Senior) International Business Development Manager (m/w/d)


  • Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects, including identifying new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market analyses, and establishing strategic partnerships
  • Analyze business development activities and results to identify areas for improvement and future growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets
  • Independently manage project assignments in various countries across Eastern Europe
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including country managers, key account managers, and brand managers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives

  • Completed university degree in sales, business development or other related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years of international professional experience in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector, ideally in business development or sales
  • Fluency in English and German required; proficiency in any Eastern European language is considered an asset
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various international locations to meet with partners, stakeholders, and team members, adapting to different cultural and business environments
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Ideally an affinity for AI tools and their possible applications
