Develop and maintain high-performance software solutions using modern C++ to enable quality assurance in near-production industrial environments

Collaborate with dynamic and highly motivated agile teams to provide robust workflows for optical, surface, and X-ray metrology

Write performant, high-quality C++20 code and ensure its reliability through unit, integration, and acceptance tests

Contribute significantly to the development of our software for training and applying advanced algorithms for feature and defect detection

Act as a mentor for your colleagues in the application of software engineering principles and best practices

Passionate about cutting-edge software development using modern deep learning methods

A successfully completed degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Physics / Electrical Engineering with a focus on software engineering or a comparable qualification

Several years of practical experience in software development with C++, parallel programming paradigms, and CI/CD (e.g., Git, Testing, Azure DevOps)

Enthusiasm for Clean Code, Design Principles, and modern programming paradigms

Ideally professional experience with machine learning and the deep learning tech stack in products (e.g. PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT)

Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Strong communication skills, customer orientation, team spirit, hands-on mentality, as well as a self-reliant and organized approach
