- Collaborate on internal and external communications, employee engagement and the conceptualization of impactful cultural initiatives and messaging that support change and transformation
- Support culture change management activities, helping to align people, behaviors and communication around key cultural priorities
- Assist in developing storytelling formats and communication content that bring Henkel's purpose and values to life across various channels
- Contribute to research and insight work including trend monitoring, benchmarking and culture pulse surveys to inform strategy and track progress
- Help build and maintain a global culture dashboard, enabling us to visualize and report on key cultural indicators across the organization.
- Student who is currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Fluent in English language, both in writing and speaking
- Strong PowerPoint skills and confident using other Microsoft Office tools to communicate ideas effectively
- Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives on bringing new ideas to life and taking ownership of projects
- Comfortable with navigating change and wanting to actively contribute to organizational transformation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and confident with engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Availability as of now, ideally for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
