We are looking for you, located in Bonn or 100% remote in Germany as a

Head of Country Product Management ORBIS DACH/L (m/f/d)


  • Lead, guide, motivate and support the DACH Country Productmanagement team (“CPM”)

  • Drive communication to enhance and optimize ORBIS functionalities by performing DACH customer meetings and conventions, by analysing internet and specific press, by keeping the dialogue with sales and project management colleagues and by managing the Dedalus Vote-System

  • Manage the communication and handover of requirements for ORBIS of the DACH market to all related Dedalus departments e.g. productmanagement, R&D, sales and service DACH, marketing, PE&T and DACH management

  • Elaborate Business plans and Order intake estimations for ORBIS solutions

  • Introduce and manage DACH market requirements within Jira by the creation of HREQs together with the DACH CPM team

  • Draft and negotiate DACH product pilot contracts with customers for the evaluation and live operation of new ORBIS products & functions

  • Elaborate and negotiate customer contracts for development partnerships, product validation for ORBIS medical devices, pre-evaluation by customers, …

  • Organize and perform handover to DACH sales tools (“PROS”) responsibles for new ORBIS functionalities

  • Preparation, moderation and partial carry out of regular DACH sales trainings

  • Manage customer and market communication for new ORBIS solutions and new organizational topics for the DACH market

  • Prepare DMEA fair as most important DACH fair for Hospital Information Systems by initiating brainstorm lists to productmanagement, organizing prep meetings with PM, R&D and DACH DEMO team) and by personal participation at DMEA

  • Represent ORBIS and Dedalus at Dedalus customer meetings, OAG convention and user symposiums, and at OAG board meeting

  • Special responsibility for End-of-Life management of ORBIS solutions and management of Copyright topics with external companies


  • University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience

  • 4 to 5 years expertise in healthcare software industry in Product Management, R&D or Customer Service in the DACH region

  • Market knowledge in the hospital healthcare domain, especially for the DACH market

  • General KnowHow in all areas of ORBIS HIS and relevant connected solutions (e.g. Patient Portal, PACS, BI solutions), act as a product “generalist”

  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and different customer situations

  • High (self) motivation, attitude and resilience to bring optimal solutions to our DACH customers

  • Ability to manage conflicting inputs but also bring teams together for the best solution

  • Strong business acumen for the healthcare area

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in German and English, be able to act within and in front of big customer events

  • Extensive knowledge in the use of modern office SW tools (e.g. MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word)
