Help us shape the future of simulation technology! For the business unit Simulation Solutions, we are looking for a System Engineer Sensor Simulation (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible at our locations in Immenstaad, Ulm, or Taufkirchen.
In the business unit Simulation Solutions, we develop state-of-the-art simulation systems for the military market – from the initial idea to the final deployment. Our Simsphere® Simulation Suite realistically represents complex sensor and effector landscapes, allowing entire scenarios to be tested and analyzed under real performance conditions. To meet the increasing demands for interconnected and highly dynamic systems in the future, we continuously expand our existing solutions – technologically up-to-date and with plenty of room for innovative developments.
- Responsible for the development of simulation solutions for radar systems.
- Analyze and specify system requirements in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Develop architectures for complex simulation systems.
- Create simulation models to analyze the performance of radar systems.
- Support the validation and verification process.
- Conduct performance analyses and evaluate system behavior under various conditions.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate test results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in simulation technology and ideally in radar technology.
- Solid knowledge in the analysis and specification of system requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of MATLAB, ideally in signal processing or system simulation.
- Understanding of sensors, signal processing, and system architectures.
- Analytical thinking and a structured, goal-oriented working style.
- Team player with strong communication skills in interdisciplinary projects.
- Good English language skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
