As HR Specialist Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in finding, attracting, and securing the right talents for AB Enzymes. Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, you will ensure that our internal and external pipelines deliver the people and capabilities the business needs at the right time, directly impacting AB Enzymes' growth ambitions.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers at different levels across the global organization, ensuring consistent and professional collaboration
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and general interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare recruitment reports and support internal communication
- Manage recruitment processes and candidates in SuccessFactors Recruiting, continuously improving tools and workflows to optimise the experience for hiring managers and candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with external service providers (e.g., agencies)
- Drive initiatives to strengthen AB Enzymes' employer brand and enhance the candidate experience
- Support day-to-day People & Culture processes beyond recruitment, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Engage in global and local HR projects and serve as the People & Culture representative on company-wide initiatives
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a comparable education
- Practical experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within an international matrix organization; experience in other HR areas is a plus
- Openness and willingness to learn and develop on the job, combined with flexibility to take on projects or tasks outside of your core focus area
- Experience in working with an applicant tracking system; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner with colleagues at all levels across the global organization
- Independent working style with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude, eager to drive change and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
