Job Description

We are a young, highly innovative company whose goal is to operate and consult on railways internationally in the most sustainable way possible. Our expertise lies in the creation of operating concepts, their evaluation, consulting and the operation of sustainable, economical rail transport. With our headquarters in Berlin and a diverse team, we are very dynamic and can flexibly respond to the needs of our customers.

We are looking for new members to join our team for the prototyping of a new drive system.


  • You will support us in process management and play an active role in communicating with project partners, both in writing and in meetings.
  • You will familiarise yourself with the project independently.
  • You will expand our research by investigating current R&D activities and studies.

  • You are studying electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical degree programme and have at least 15 hours per week to work for us.
  • Your excellent Chinese and English skills, as well as your B1/B2 German, make you a linguistic bridge in our international environment.
  • You are interested in technology and are motivated to quickly familiarise yourself with new projects.
  • You are confident in using MS Office.
  • You work independently, are communicative and contribute your ideas.
  • You work flexibly and reliably in a team.
