- Target group: B2B energy marketing (battery, wind, PV) – our customers are independent power producers (IPPs), project developers/investors, and municipal utilities.

- You independently manage the entire B2B sales funnel – from discovery call and solution demo to closing the deal.
- You identify decision-makers at target companies, develop strategies to grow key accounts, and realize multi-asset deals.
- You take full responsibility for contract negotiations – from creating proposals to securing signatures.
- You represent suena energy at relevant industry events, strengthen our brand, and position yourself as a thought leader in the energy tech community.
- You actively contribute your sales experience and market insights to help further develop our processes and offerings.
- You work with HubSpot (CRM), Notion, OpenAI, and standard MS Office tools – ensuring clean pipeline management and fast collaboration.
- Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales (closing) in tech, SaaS, or energy. You're confident navigating complex sales cycles, stakeholder management, and larger deal volumes.
- Energy know-how: Experience in energy marketing, energy trading, PPAs, or EEG is required – we are specifically looking for people who are familiar with the dynamics of the energy market.
- Digital Sales: Experienced with CRM (HubSpot), digital sales tools, and a data-/AI-driven approach to work.
- Languages: German (C1/C2) for customer communication, English (B2) for team collaboration.
- Mindset: Hands-on, curious, proactive – you take ownership instead of staying in your comfort zone.
- Personality: A natural networker with empathy, negotiation skills, and strong self-motivation; team-oriented and reliable.
