Job Description
Magazino is a tech startup and robotics company based in Munich, Germany. Our team of hardware and software engineers is a leader in robot programming and development. Our robots work alongside humans – autonomously, safely and at a level of complexity that no one before us has ever achieved. With over 100 employees, we are the largest Advanced Robotics team in Europe.
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager (f/m/x) in a permanent and full-time position in our office in Munich.
- You will be a key driver of our transformation from project-based development to a product-driven operating model, ensuring each product team has a clear mission, defined scope, measurable KPIs, and a well-prioritized roadmap.
- You will help the organization become more agile, customer-centric, and value-driven by shifting from long development cycles to continuously delivering customer value, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and early risk assessment.
- You will establish lean and effective product processes by designing and facilitating roadmap planning, quarterly reviews, backlog prioritization, and product discovery across multiple product domains.
- You will support product teams by partnering with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and UI/UX Designers to improve ways of working and increase the value delivered with our robotics portfolio.
- You will manage product tools and data, implementing and maintaining systems for road mapping and analytics, ensuring data quality, and making insights accessible.
- You will drive data-informed decisions by defining and tracking product health, customer value, and efficiency metrics to guide product direction.
- You will channel market and customer insights from Market Intelligence, Sales, and After Sales into product teams in a structured, actionable way.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Operations or Product Management in a fast-paced, agile software development environment, with a clear understanding of what “great” looks like in modern product management.
- Strong understanding of agile development and product management best practices, with a proven ability to design, implement, and improve processes from discovery to delivery.
- Driven and passionate about leading the transformation to a product-driven development organisation in a corporate environment.
- Data-obsessed, skilled at defining and tracking KPIs to guide decisions.
- Pragmatic, outcome-oriented, and skilled at balancing structure with flexibility.
- Hands-on and disciplined in execution: takes ownership, rolls up sleeves, and ensures processes are implemented effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to work effectively with technical and commercial teams at all levels.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Cutting-edge technology: As pioneers in robotics we are able to navigate and manipulate without rails and guides and offer solutions to processes that no one could automate ever before!
- Team: We are an international team with more than 25 nationalities. You'll work in a team with exceptionally smart, humble, collaborative and hardworking individuals.
- Culture: Come as you are! Join a vibrant, inventive, and diverse team that values collaboration over hierarchy. To innovate you need to fail from time to time — we always learn and improve.
- Workplace: Our office is located near the S‑Bahn station “Hirschgarten”. We work in a loft-style office with great equipment, our own workshop and testing area.
- Full Board: You don't feel like thinking about what you want to have for lunch tomorrow, not to mention preparing it? Luckily, our french cook treats us with a freshly cooked free lunch everyday! And as the cherry on top, there is a packed fridge with drinks, fresh fruits and of course coffee!
- Flexibility: Flexibility is a top priority for us. Our hybrid working model for positions where presence is dispensable helps to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
- Benefits: We offer attractive holiday, health care, and compensation packages.
