Are you ready to take the next step in your Revenue Growth Management career?
As an RGM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing pricing, portfolio, and promotional strategies that drive sustainable and profitable growth across the DACH region. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in commercial or analytical roles who is ready to take on more ownership and strategic exposure.
- Pricing & Pack Architecture - Support the development and implementation of pack-price architecture (PPA) strategies across key subcategories. Conduct competitive benchmarking, consumer insights analysis, and post-initiative evaluations.
- Strategy - Support the input through the ABC process (Annual Business Cycle) on the 1-3 year pricing/PPA objectives as well as innovation budget builders.
- Innovation & Commercial Evaluation - Contribute to the commercial assessment of innovation projects, including pricing recommendations and go-to-market strategies. Help translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Category Expert - become an expert of the category responsible for and advise other departments (incl. Market Activation and Category Growth) in terms of commercial initiatives i.e. on pack activation, limited editions, co-packed items and other.
- Reporting & Insights - Maintain and enhance RGM reporting tools and dashboards. Translate data into insights that support decision-making at the brand, category, and customer levels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support the execution of RGM initiatives.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or analytics role (internships included).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
- Affinity for analytics and reporting as well as consumer insights.
- Ideally, experience with Nielsen/Circana databases.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in English and German.
