Senior Controller (f/m/d)
Wind Multiplikator – powered by Semco Maritime is THE full-service provider for offshore wind projects. We offer a wide range of services, from small campaigns to complete O&M services. Our core competencies are the management and maintenance of offshore wind farms as well as the turnkey replacement and repair of large components with our jack-up vessels.

In your new role, you will support the commercial controlling of complex, international service and maintenance projects.
- Design, implementation and ownership of liquidity, cash and working capital controlling including planning
- Active contribution to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Development and integration of ERP systems into controlling processes
- Optimization of cost accounting and internal charging models (e.g. hourly rate calculation)
- Calculation of offers, pricing and international transfer pricing
- Controlling of project-based business units (e.g. services, industrial production)
- Application of international accounting standards (e.g. Percentage of Completion, reconciliation with local GAAP)
- Use and enhancement of Microsoft Power BI for data analysis and visualization
- Deputy to Head of Controlling in strategic and operational matters
- Degree in Finance, Controlling or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in wind energy or offshore services
- Strong financial, analytical and business-oriented mindset
- Excellent ERP and BI tool skills (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
- Experience in international accounting and pricing strategies
- High level of initiative, resilience and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
