As Manager SAP EHS Implementation & Process Innovation, you will lead the digital transformation of Product Compliance processes by implementing and optimizing the SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) module. Your focus will be on IT systems integration, process automation, and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions across global operations.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP EHS modules, with a focus on Product Compliance, Dangerous Goods Management, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) automation.
- Design and optimize IT-driven workflows to ensure regulatory compliance through digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EHS with external data providers and internal systems.
- Manage interfaces and data flows between SAP EHS and other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, PLM).
- Drive process innovation by identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders on SAP EHS functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements through IT-enabled processes.
- Act as a key liaison between IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless system adoption.
About You
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field; background in Chemistry or Product Safety is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP EHS modules, especially in system implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data models, and integration points.
- Experience in global IT project management within a matrixed, international organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other enterprise IT tools.
- Familiarity with Global Label Management (GLM) and specification management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
