Risk controlling/ ICAAP (m/w/d)


  • RISK QUANTIFICATION AND DATA MANAGEMENT
    • Lead and take ownership of the ICAAP calculation (economic perspective) and other risk quantification activities of the bank
    • Oversee the modeling, implementation, and measurement of credit and market risk, including stress testing
    • Manage and ensure the quality of data preparation and maintenance of credit portfolio

    • Drive the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of quantitative methods
  • RISK CONTROL & GOVERNANCE
    • Lead project management for internal initiatives, such as implementing new regulatory or internal requirements, and ensure compliance with supervisory expectations
    • Provide quantitative and IT leadership during the implementation of new regulatory requirements
    • Take responsibility for the data governance process from a risk management perspective
  • RISK REPORTING
    • Oversee the preparation of the ICAAP risk report
    • Take the lead in preparing the annual regulatory reports, including FinaRisikoV, Lagebericht, Disclosure Report, and Annual Audit Report
    • Contribute to and lead the creation, optimization, and further development of risk-bearing capacity analysis and risk reporting

  • Successfully completed degree in economics or mathematics, ideally with at least five years of professional experience in risk management in a bank or an auditing/consulting firm
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Independent and results-oriented working style
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a structured approach
  • Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
