- Define and manage global product strategies, including lifecycle, portfolio development, pricing, and long-term direction.
- Drive international product line and application strategies, adapting to regional market needs.
- Lead and prioritize development projects in close collaboration with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute global product launches that deliver measurable business impact.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitors to guide innovation.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of innovation to strengthen product success.
Your Profile
- Proven Product Management experience, ideally within hygienic pumps, fluid handling, or hygienic process technology.
- Strong industry knowledge in food & beverage, dairy, and/or pharmaceutical processing.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain.
- Independent, structured, and hands-on, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Business-fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with high willingness to travel internationally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP / SAP CRM.
