As an R&D Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) you will define, share, validate and execute plans to ensure customers successful deployment and production run.

  • Serve as the primary R&D Customer Success point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customer deployment projects, including their challenges and desired business outcomes
  • Proactively identify potential risks to customer deployments; organize and lead regular meetings to manage and resolve customer-reported issues
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of customer issues within internal tools, tracking progress against project milestones
  • Escalate critical issues that jeopardize customer milestones; define and drive the implementation of effective resolution plans

  • Holds an engineering degree or university equivalent with proven experience in customer success or similar role
  • Skills in project management and cross-functional management
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills (including fluent English) to interact efficiently, with empathy and passion, within a multi-organizational ecosystem (Dassault Systèmes, clients, potentially Top Management) and across diverse cultures. German language is an advantage
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, creative problem-solving, excellent conflict management skills, and high adaptability to changing situations
  • Strong synthesis skills, demonstrating an understanding of the big picture and task dependencies, yet able to focus on details when needed
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, post-sales quality, and risk management
  • Basic knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and potentially CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is required
  • Knowledge of Dassault Systèmes products (3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, ENOVIA…) will be a significant advantage
