BOCAR GmbH, headquartered in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, serves as the Sales & Engineering office of the global BOCAR Group, supporting OEMs and system suppliers across the automotive industry throughout the German-speaking region. Our core expertise covers the entire process chain in aluminum die casting, permanent mold casting, and plastic injection molding—from development and industrialization through to series production support. Coordinate company notifications and periodic reports: collect inputs, ensure timely submission, track status, and serve as the point of contact.

Manage internal reporting workflows and submissions to internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee the reporting calendar—ensure accuracy, approvals, on-time delivery, and proper archiving.

Prepare and coordinate required company reports, consolidating data across departments.

Visitor reception and hospitality: greet, register, issue badges/access cards, and escort as needed

Switchboard & shared inbox: route calls/emails, provide information, schedule appointments

Meeting room coordination: scheduling, room setup/AV checks, arrange refreshments

Mail and parcel handling: incoming/outgoing, distribution, courier coordination

Front-desk office management: replenish supplies and maintain a tidy, professional reception area

Point of contact for vendors and guests

Key and access control, including proper documentation

Petty cash/expense handling at reception in line with policy

Professional, service-oriented demeanor in German and English
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience (ideally in a comparable role).
- Completed commercial or equivalent vocational training/apprenticeship.
- Excellent command of English; Spanish is an advantage.
- Confident handling of digital process workflows; strong team and communication skills
