Let's #CreateMomentsThatMatter together!As a software engineer working student in the Strategy & AI Innovation department at Marketing & Creation, you will work with us to integrate AI agents and automation solutions into everyday marketing. You will help build and integrate AI agents and intelligent interfaces, turning innovative ideas into real-world applications. If you enjoy experimenting with AI tools and collaborating on projects, this is the place to gain hands-on experience.
What you can expect in this role
- You will be assisting in designing, developing, and integrating AI agents and intelligent user interfaces for applications
- Expect to experiment with AI frameworks, APIs, and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) to enhance agent capabilities
- Your tasks will include assisting in integrating AI agents with backend services, databases, or cloud infrastructure for real-world use cases
- You'll be responsible for conducting data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation to improve AI performance
- We expect you to collaborate to prototype, deploy, and monitor AI-driven applications and Workflows
- You are currently studying computer science, software engineering, or a similar field with a strong technological focus
- Ideally, you'll have initial experience with programming, software development workflows, or version control systems
- We expect you to have a technical understanding and quick comprehension of algorithms, AI/ML models, and software architecture
- It would be a plus if you have initial experience with Python or Java and frameworks or platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
- We're looking for someone who is collaborative and a team player (14-20 hours/week)

Working hours: usually 20h/week, can be flexibly distributed by arrangement
Duration: Depending on enrolment - minimum 6 months, maximum 2 years
Gross monthly salary for 20 hours/week: In the first 6 months 1.200€ & from the 7th month 1.300€
