  • Analyze, document, and improve accounting-related processes within the SSC
  • Support the transformation toward standardized and harmonized structures
  • Contribute to our change management efforts, e.g., by preparing communication materials and change concepts
  • Assist in the practical application of modern tools (e.g., reporting platforms, travel expense tools, databases)
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and gain valuable insight into the full transformation journey

  • Enrollment in an advanced Master's program, e.g., in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Initial experience in process management and/or change management
  • Strong interest in process design and shaping new, efficient solutions
  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting processes
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Fluent in both German and English written and spoken
  • Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Structured, detail-oriented way of working and the motivation to take ownership
  • Openness to new challenges and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Translate complex changes into clear, user-friendly communication in close collaboration with our transformation manager (m/f/d)
