Creative Content Manager (m/f/d) Havana Club Germany
- You support the global Havana Club team to develop the global campaign and cultural platform and lead all specific adaptations and roll-outs for Germany.
- You act as the bridge between the global team in Paris and the local market in Cologne.
- You adapt and roll out the global strategy to Germany.
- You flag creative needs and specificities from Germany to the global team.
- You support, if needed, other markets in Europe (France, UK, Spain) by adapting and rolling out global assets to their markets.
- You manage relationships with creative agencies and partners (including cost control): the global agency and / or its local affiliate, local specialist agencies, local contacts of global partners, or local partners.
- You ensure brand visual consistency is maintained across all touchpoints.
- You explore new avenues in terms of partnerships, experiences, collaborations, and more.
Overall, the position is central to helping take Havana Club to the next creative level and continue its unique cultural position through creativity in the campaigns and assets produced and in the experiences it offers to consumers, as well as the partnerships the brand establishes within the relevant cultural world.
- You hold a university degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in a lifestyle brand and / or leading lifestyle agencies.
- You have solid experience working on brands with strong lifestyle and cultural resonance.
- You bring strong agency experience, either from working within one or from leading work across several functions such as creative, media, lifestyle / culture, experiential, influencer, or PR.
- You demonstrate strong project management skills.
- You maintain a good agency network in Germany, which is considered a plus.
- You have a strong interest and affinity for German lifestyle trends in music, fashion, collaborations, and experiences, with the ability to identify new trends.
- You have experience leading and developing creative campaigns (global and / or local) from start to finish.
- You show strong proactivity and the ability to manage tasks effectively under remote management.
- You are capable of working with multiple stakeholders across both Germany and France.
- You are a strong storyteller with the ability to bring people on board with new ideas.
- You have experience navigating internal politics and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English and ideally speak German, with French and Spanish considered a plus.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop or other editing software.
