- You own the full inbound acquisition mix – including paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more) and SEO – to bring high-quality traffic to our website and product trial sign-up pages.
- You develop and execute strategies to increase search visibility through keyword research, technical SEO, and collaboration with our content team.
- You take ownership of website and landing page conversion rate optimisation – running experiments, A/B tests, and data-driven improvements to maximise trial sign-ups and lead quality.
- You drive top-of-funnel performance for our product-led growth motion, ensuring trial acquisition campaigns deliver both volume and the right customer fit.
- You run highly targeted paid media campaigns to support ABM programs — using 1st- and 3rd-party intent signals to reach and engage the right accounts.
- You define performance goals, manage budgets, and track KPIs – delivering actionable insights through reporting and dashboards.
- You explore and test new growth channels and tactics to continually improve acquisition efficiency and conversion rates.
- Completed training or degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field – or career changer with proven digital growth experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in performance marketing with additional hands-on skills in SEO and CRO, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and A/B testing platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable ROI from paid campaigns and organic channels.
- Experience driving high-quality free trial sign-ups or other self-serve acquisition flows.
- Experience running targeted ad campaigns for ABM, ideally leveraging intent data (Bombora, 6sense, Demandbase, Cognism, or similar).
- You are confident in using ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot a strong plus).
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability – you take responsibility and drive things forward
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (C1-C2).
