Your tasks

The opportunity to influence strategic decisions at the highest level within the TRATON R&D organization

High-level relationship-building across the R&D organization to ensure input from each R&D area in defining future TRATON R&D Strategy

Membership in a diverse, cross-site team dedicated to solving complex problems and developing the best solutions for TRATON R&D

Your qualifications

Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into action

Proven ability to navigate complex, fast-changing environments

Languages: English is a must; German, Swedish, Portuguese, or other languages are a plus

Extensive experience in strategic development, leadership, project management, or R&D within one of the TRATON brands
