to join our Global Real Estate team in Augsburg, Germany or Wroclaw, Poland.

- Support real estate transactions, including leasing and sales activities
- Support in planning and executing workplace fit-out projects
- Collaborate with international colleagues on real estate matters
- Research and analyze market data to support internal processes
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and collect official real estate documents from authorities
- Assist in the preparation of property valuations and expert reports
- Maintain and update lease administration software, including gathering missing documentation and support global portfolio management
- You hold a degree or have completed vocational training in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have gained initial experience in the real estate sector (a plus)
- You communicate fluently in both German and English
- You use MS Office proficiently and feel confident working with software, tools, and AI
- You work independently and in a structured way, showing a high level of self-motivation
- You collaborate effectively in international teams and across cultures
- You demonstrate a positive attitude, learn quickly, and embrace new challenges
- You are ready to grow within the role and to travel occasionally if required
