CRM Marketing Analyst (m/f/d)

Here's what you can look forward to:
As a CRM Marketing Analyst (m/w/d), you play a key role at the interface of marketing, sales, and analytics in an international environment. You design and optimize data-driven campaigns, map customer journeys, and translate insights into actions that strengthen customer engagement and drive business growth. With your expertise in CRM systems and digital marketing tools, you ensure seamless processes, improve lead nurturing and conversion rates, and actively shape the future of our customer-centric marketing.


  • Analyze and Report: You analyze customer and marketing data, identify trends, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Connect Marketing and Sales: You link marketing campaigns with sales development by tracking lead progression, sales impact, and conversion rates.
  • Map and Optimize Journeys: You create and maintain customer journey maps to improve customer experience and guide marketing strategies.
  • Manage CRM and Data: You ensure data quality in the CRM system, oversee integration with marketing and sales tools, and implement best practices for data governance.
  • Visualize and Communicate: You develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate and Enable: You work closely with sales and marketing teams, provide training on CRM tools and analytics processes, and promote data-driven practices.´
  • Ensure Compliance: You safeguard adherence to data protection regulations in all CRM and analytics activities.

  • Professional Background: You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business informatics, digital media, or a related field and bring several years of experience in a comparable role.
  • CRM Expertise: You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (admin-level knowledge preferred) and are familiar with digital marketing tools, automation, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: You combine strong analytical abilities with proficiency in creating insightful reports and dashboards, using BI tools to support decision-making.
  • Marketing Impact: You possess proven abilities to measure and optimize return on marketing investment (ROMI) and link marketing campaigns to sales development.
  • Customer Journey and Compliance: You are versed in customer journey mapping, marketing principles, and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Language Skills: You are fluency in English; German or another European language is a plus.
