Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models. Configure the system, workflows, automation, and integrate it with third-party systems. Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues. Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention. Please apply in English! Your Profile At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings. Experience with integration tools and APIs. Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
